Is a deposit required?
Airport and pier reservations do not require a deposit. Limousine, party bus, and SUV charters do require a nonrefundable deposit.
Which airports do you serve?
SFO, Oakland, Sacramento, San Jose, Stockton, and private airports. Advance reservations are required.
Do you serve SF Pier?
Yes. Vehicles can fit up to 10 passengers plus luggage for pier pickup or drop-off.
What is the PUC?
The Public Utilities Commission registers California transportation companies and supports required safety standards.
Do you work with wedding planners?
Yes. All In One also keeps vendor recommendations for couples who need them.
When does rental time start and end?
Time starts at the agreed pickup time for the first stop and ends at the final drop-off.
Do you offer off-hours service?
Yes. All In One is available 24/7 for advance scheduled pickups.
How do I find my airport driver?
Your driver contacts you by cell when you land. Curbside pickup is outside baggage claim; inside meet-and-greet is available for an additional fee.
Are the vehicles smoke-free?
Yes. Vehicles are smoke- and vape-free, with a $200 charge per cigarette or vaping violation.
Are car seats required?
It depends on which vehicle is being rented.
What is due for prom?
Prom balances are due 21 days before the reservation.
What is the limo/bus cancellation policy?
Limo or bus cancellations within 14 days of the rental date owe the full balance.
